New Patients

How to make appointments

Prenatal information visits for new parents are free.  Please call the office if you are interested in scheduling one of these appointments.

Well check ups and physicals are performed only during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Our receptionists will gladly schedule these for you when you call or visit the office.

Sick visits and conferences are scheduled by a phone nurse who will help triage your child’s condition and make an appropriate appointment.  Non-acute illnesses are best scheduled during normal business hours when we have the luxury of scheduling visits with your primary pediatrician.  Please don’t hesitate to ask for extra time if you feel the issue is complicated.  During evenings and weekends we try to schedule only urgent visits such as injuries and acute illnesses.

What to bring to the office

Always bring your child’s insurance card to your office visit.  If your child is new to the office, bring any records, particularly immunization records or growth curves.  To help speed you through the registration process, please take a moment to print and fill out the forms below before your visit.
