Dr. Jones is originally from Kingsport, TN. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Furman University in Greenville, SC. She spent time working abroad and later worked as a chemist for a pharmaceutical company before discovering her passion for medicine. She attended medical school at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed her pediatric residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She worked in private practice in Nashville, TN before jumping at the chance to relocate to Charlottesville, VA with her family. She has been a physician at Pediatric Associates since 2015. Dr. Jones loves taking care of children from infants to young adults. She has a special interest in obesity and nutrition, asthma management and dermatology.

Dr. Jones and her husband have two children. When she is not playing with them, she enjoys cooking, reading, watching cheesy television shows and daydreaming about owning chickens.
